Accommodation Details

This classic coastal Kenyan style house has all the comforts of a modern home. With four double bedrooms en-suite, with shower and loo, it sleeps eight comfortably, and can accommodate a young child in a small interconnecting room or cot in one of the bedrooms. It is equipped with everything we think you will need. There are ceiling fans and mosquito nets over the beds.  

There is a reception room, dining room, sitting room, large patio and courtyard on the ground floor. There are also two en-suite double bedrooms, with views of the ocean. On the first floor there are two more double bedrooms both ensuite, accessible by their own staircase. These rooms each have verandas overlooking the tropical garden and uninterrupted sea view. 

Swimming Pool and Garden

Jinchini House is set in three acres of tropical gardens. In the garden above the cliff is the private swimming pool. There are shallow steps into the fresh water pool, with a graduated depth as well as ladder style steps at the deeper end. Naturally heated by the sun, it is an ideal spot to enjoy a dip in the pool or relax on the sun beds and a great spot for soaking up the late afternoon sun.

Beach front

There is direct access from Jinchini house to the pristine sandy beach on a 2km stretch, lapped by the warm Indian Ocean. You can enjoy swimming, bathing in the mini rock pools when the tide is out, a stroll along the beach or volleyball.
